The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Gettin’ Dirty Cleaning Services LLC regarding the use of your website and services. No signature is required. Clients are directed to website to read through terms at time of estimate.
Introduction
Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms. This is a IOWA based company. Not affiliated with any other states or businesses that are using similar or same name. All website visitors general location are monitored by website for security and safety purposes.
Modification of Terms
At our discretion, Gettin’ Dirty Cleaning Services LLC may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we ask you check regularly on website or Facebook business page for updates.
Prohibited Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights.
Termination
Gettin’ Dirty Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.

Policy's and Requirements
WINTER AND HOLIDAY UPDATES/REMINDERS:
Normal dates around holidays will change. Will schedule before or after Thanksgivings and Christmas.
Winter weather-Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled due to ice/snow road conditions. Safety is very important.
Holiday decorations -are not moved due to glitter etc. Will work best to clean around them.
Flu season- If you or anyone in home is ill please reschedule when better. If cleaning technician gets ill. Appointments will be rescheduled. Safety and health are very important
- There is a cancellation fee of $50, if notice is given less than 48 hours.
- Late fees are applied to your bill that is not paid on time. $25 will be applied. Businesses have 5 days. After the fifth day late fee will be applied (businesses only) Residential late fee will be applied day after service.
-Payment is due same date of service.
-Refusal to pay a bill at anytime will be subject to small claims court . Client will then be held responsible for court costs, attorney fees and any other court fees.
-No refunds. We will do best to correct issue you have. However, no refunds are issued.
- If payment is not made on time more than once or appointments are canceled/ rescheduled more than once. We reserve the right to cancel clients, without notice.
- Payments are either due same date of service or pre-paid.
- Gift cards expire 6 months after issue date. Due to economic changes .
- The prices are subject to change. As well as scheduling could be too full to honor. Please schedule your gift card as soon as you are able. There are no refunds on gift cards . Thank you for understanding.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to notify clients of changes.
-Estimates are based on square foot of home or business and Labor. Not hourly.
- We do not clean up paint, mud, glue. Or any other construction mess that requires extra resources . It is Mandatory that construction crews clean up after themselves. We do not have products or supplies to remove paint or other products used to remodel.
- Dog or cat fecal matter is not picked up.
- We do not do dishes or laundry. (We want you to find your belongings. We might put away in wrong place.) Requests are to be given to owner. Additional charges may apply.
- Walls are not part of cleaning services at this time.
- If our equipment is contaminated with bed bugs, fleas, carpet Beatles , lice etc. From a clients property. The client will be subject to fees for repair or replace equipment. We do not want cross contamination to our other clients. Rental properties will be asked if properties have been checked or treated for these issues.
- Inside ovens or fridge are now an add on service. ( The chemicals used on oven are toxic , this can cause loss of breathe and vomiting of technicians )
- If a client closes a door . That is a indication that room does not need to be done. Unless otherwise told to Gettin Dirty Cleaning services.
-Windows and blinds are not done. Unless special request to owner . Extra fees may apply.
-Photos are taken before leaving property used for before and after photos or any other business purposes. No identifying items of clients identification are taken.
- We do our best to remove severe lime and soap scum . However, can never fully guarantee removal. Extra fees may apply.
- There may be more than one cleaning Technician in your home or business. This for you as well as the company to better service your needs.
- Special requests or adding other services to cleaning must be asked 48 hours in advance so proper scheduling can be done for the day. Fees may apply.
- If at any time a guest of a client or the client makes threats or comments that make a technician feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Cleaning services will be canceled right away. Safety of staff is extremely important. This behavior is unacceptable. Threats of violence will be reported to authorities right away.
- When a client leaves door open and unlocked and client is aware of appointment. Technician will let themselves in.
- Discrimination is not accepted. Employees are carefully screened and background checks are performed. To protect our clients and our company.

Liability

Gettin Dirty Cleaning Services LLC will not be held liable for lost or stolen items.

- We do not move furniture, clean your decorations that are breakable. ( liability concerns )
- No windows/ blinds unless requested and accessible
- Staff does not climb or go on high ladders (liability concerns)
- Staff does not do dishes or put dishes away. (you may not find them if we did)
-We ask that items such as toys and such are up off floors so we may clean them properly .
